Hockey and Goalie Specific Strength and Conditioning

Prospects offers hockey and goalie specific workouts for your young athletes! Train with Certified Youth Training Specialist and Goaltending Coach Andrew Corchis at our Lakeshore gym facility. Have fun doing age and ability level appropriate workouts alongside athletes competing toward the same goals, and push each other towards success!
